At Beyond Deals, all purchases are made in person at our physical store locations. We do not process online sales. You must visit our store to view and purchase items.

We accept a variety of payment methods for in-store purchases, including credit cards, debit cards, and other authorized payment forms. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless eligible for return under our Return Policy (see Section 5).

We strive to ensure the availability and accuracy of item prices and descriptions in our store. However, prices are subject to change without notice, and we do not guarantee that all items will be available at all times. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue items at our discretion.

All sales are final.

We only accept returns for electrical items within 7 days of purchase with the original receipt and original form of tender present. No exceptions will be made beyond these conditions. Eligible returns will be credited to your original form of tender.

If you would like to inspect an item prior to purchase, please ask a Beyond Deals team member for assistance.

Beyond Deals LLC provides all products “as-is” and makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the products you purchase will meet your expectations, and you assume all risks associated with their use.

To the extent permitted by law, Beyond Deals LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased from us, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy, available here, outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with our store and services. By making a purchase, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or any purchase from Beyond Deals LLC shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. All claims must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services or purchase of items from our store after such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
